IMS Recruitment is currently looking for doctors willing to work as Resident Medical Officer in the UK: SURGEONS ANAESTHETISTS OBS&GYN PSYCHIATRISTS INTERNISTS GPs ORTHOPAEDIC SURGEONS A&E DOCTORS UROLOGISTS RMO is a doctor who is accommodated in the hospital and is working shifts, usually 2 weeks on and 1 week off. The employer is providing the accommodation and meals during weeks „on‘‘ for free. The salary is approximately GBP 1700 – 2000 GBP per week ‘‘on‘‘. The salary for working at our standard hospitals including bonus is £1700per week (£1500 per week worked + £200 end of contract bonus) If you work at one of our busier hospitals the pay is £2000 per week including bonus. (£1700 per week worked + £300 end of contract bonus). The length of contract is 6 months, contract could be easily extended. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience Very good knowledge of English Very confident with the basic medical skills such as blood taking, I/V cannulations, urethral catheters, Experience with resuscitations, intubations, naso-gastric tubes, ECG’s Recent surgical experience is an advantage If you are interested in this kind of work, please, let us have your RMO CV as soon as possible.
